Are the voices outside a reflection of me? Does this wave belong to me? Can I protect myself from the enormous waves within my own psyche with a pane of glass?

I can see it now, moment by moment. Sometimes a small, destructive vibration outside causes a great wave within. This storm, these waves, force me on a journey towards myself.

For now, I am just an observer.
